General Hospital’s Kelly Thiebaud: ‘Taking a Little Break’

Britt is bringing attention to herself these days on General Hospital and after Lucas caught her and Marco plotting at Wyndemere, well, let’s just say that he’s going to want answers to a few questions — not to mention, Jason’s been worried about her too. And when it comes to Britt’s portrayer, Kelly Thiebaud has done what many of us have done a time or two, she’s taking a break from the social world around us.

The ABC soap star posted an Instagram story featuring a photo of herself out for a walk and holding up a peace sign with a caption reading, “Taking a little break from this place. I’ll hop on periodically to check my messages but if you need me, text me! Love you all.”

We hope Thiebaud enjoys her time away but in the meantime, if you haven’t already seen it, check out this cute video she posted earlier in the month from inside the ABC Studios. “Two weeks off,” she stated. “And my acting muscle immediately filed for unemployment.

Though no one but the actress knows why she’s decided to step away for a bit, let’s face it, sometimes we all need a little break, especially from a place where things aren’t always positive and can sometimes get a little drama-filled. And with everything going on in the world today, who couldn’t use a little mental rest and relaxation?
