The Bold and the Beautiful’s Lisa Yamada Speaks Out After Luna’s Fatal Exit, Shares Message with Fans
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Lisa Yamada (Luna Nozawa) is speaking out after Luna’s fatal exit. Yamada opened up about the wild ride in a sweet social media post, so let’s talk about her message for fans.
After a laundry cart escape plot got Luna out of prison, she had one final interaction with Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) at the beach house before making a run for it.
That led to Luna getting hit by a car and dying on the spot according to Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin).
Baker confirmed the news of Luna’s demise in the November 21 episode, so Lisa Yamada addressed her character’s sendoff on Instagram.
Yamada shared some behind-the-scenes content from the show along with some pics of Luna in various scenes.
There’s no denying that Luna’s time on B&B has been pretty chaotic, but it sounds like Yamada loved every minute of bringing her to life.
“so many tears shed, blood spilled, friendships formed, and memories made on @boldandbeautifulcbs. what a ride it’s been! hope you enjoyed the adventures <3 #LUNAtic4ever,” Yamada said.
Casey Kasprzyk, who was recently promoted from the role of supervising producer to an executive producer alongside Bradley Bell, had nothing but good things to say about Yamada in the comments.
“Lisa, it’s not easy to create a soap villain that leaves such a lasting impact, but you truly elevated #BoldandBeautiful, making the audience love to hate Luna while appreciating your incredible acting talents. Thank you for everything,” Kasprzyk said.
Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter Walton) also took a moment to sing Yamada’s praises and let her know what a fantastic job she did playing Luna.
Yamada pulled off every phase of Luna’s character transformation and left plenty of fans entertained in the process.
“You’re an absolute warrior!!! To carry story the you way did, and command the screen is nothing short of amazing. To play the innocent ingenue, then the evil villain, to the broken character that just wants to be loved….. Chefs Kiss!! You’re amazing!” Saint-Victor said before adding a string of heart emojis.
Rebecca Budig (Taylor Hayes) also chimed in with some supportive words following Yamada’s departure.
“Wish I could have done more with you girl! They threw so much at you…so many words, so much emotion and you rocked it all,” Budig insisted.
It sounds like Luna is truly gone for now, but anything can happen in the soap world!
Since Luna’s body wasn’t shown on-screen and viewers were simply told what went down, it’d be easy to rewrite things if they ever want to bring Lisa Yamada back at some point.
Even Yamada herself hinted about that after Laneya Grace (Electra Forrester) said “come home the kids miss you.”
Yamada replied “don’t get too comfortable sweetheart,” so maybe there’s a chance Luna could still make a comeback someday.
Regardless, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say the aftermath of Luna’s death will continue to bring some complications on canvas, so stay tuned for updates on what’s in store.
