Think about it — Bill has connections everywhere, including Deputy Chief Bradley Baker. He could easily coordinate a sting operation where Luna thinks she’s about to get away with murder, only to find herself surrounded by cops. Or maybe he’ll use the fact that she’s already bought a gun illegally to send her back to prison before she can hurt anyone.
There’s even speculation that Luna might accidentally shoot Liam instead of Steffy, which would definitely push Bill over the edge. Can you imagine? The girl he tried to help ends up shooting his own son? That would be the ultimate irony.
