In Monday’s recap, Cane and Phyllis celebrate as Victor makes a shocking announcement and Jack is left baffled.

Despite the fact that Jack delivered Matt Clark on a silver platter, Victor nonetheless double-crosses his longtime nemesis. Dude, there’s feuding, and then there’s just being a jerk, and this is definitely the latter.
